Episode 7: April 2023 — Music of Milhaud and more!

Episode 6: March 2023 — Inspired by the upcoming residency of the Dalí Quartet, this show is dedicated to music by LatinX composers including Pablo de Sarasate, Astor Piazzolla, Alberto Ginastera, and Silvestre Revueltas. And some very hot violin virtuosity!

Episode 5: February 2023 — We hear from violinist Randall Goosby and pianist Zhu Wang in music by William Grant Still; a violin concerto commissioned by Iris which is inspired by the civil rights struggle; and the clarinet concerto of Aaron Copland.

Episode 4: January 2023 —we ring in the new year with some special performances from the archives. Music by Haydn, Mozart and Ravel.

Episode 3: December 2022 — we hear an excerpt from the phenomenal Soldier’s Tale collaboration with Alpha Omega Veterans’ Services; Christopher Rouse’s absurd but touching Christmas pastiche, KAROLJU, and Bernstein from the inaugural concert of Iris Orchestra back in September 2000.

Episode 2: November 2022 — Representatives from Alpha Omega and librettist David Rothman discuss our production of the Soldier’s Tale.
